They are for demonstration purposes only ◇ No Cables We don’t have cable, but you can stream movies and videos with WIFI ◇ Water Pressure Low The house is renovated, but the piping system is still old. If you use both bathrooms at the same time, the water pressure will be low ◇ Weak Sewer System The sewer system is also old. Do not flush paper towels or other thicker material into the toilet. Only waste the toilet paper. Otherwise, the sewer will stuck and overflow. ★ HOUSE RULES ★ Please double-check the House Rule section of the listing and make sure they will be followed. Including: ✘ NO Smoking or Vaping or Marijuana inside or within 15ft of the property ✘ Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am ✘ No more guests staying overnight than suggested on the reservation and more. We have security devices to ensure the safety of our guests and the property. Violation of the house rules is subject to hefty fines. Or worse, being reported to local authorities to move-out immediately.
